For those efficiency nuts that still want to use a db class of some sort to keep track of your connection caching and many other issues please feel free to look into my new db class. It is available (as with everything else i release) via my Software release page. Enjoy
For those of you who are interested in writing your own complex SQL statements that are also trying to remove the need to shoulder all of the responsibility of connecting, caching, destruction and some of the manipulation of the your resources you may find this useful. It is a MySQL/MySQLi connection and SQL management class, similar to the one i am using at work and on a few of my hobby sites.
Version history will follow, assuming there is any.
